No seasons? I'm not sure what you mean by that. To get the season and weather to change in the neighborhood, you have to go inside a lot and whatever the weather is when you exit that lot to the neighborhood is the weather that the neighborhood shows. It will change when you go into another lot with different weather going on. I hope this is what you were wanting to know. :D

Thank you sooo much! And it really works great in the game, except for that thing with the beach lots (wanted to put parisimonious fabulous pirate bay market there, but no...). Love the fact that there's a downtown part. We need more neighborhoods like these

However...
One thing I've noticed since installing the decorated version and after creating a couple of families and playing them, there haven't been any townies visiting or being able to chat to on the internet, and my Sims don't seem to be able to call the Pet Adoption Agency... My Sims are really lonely - do you know how or if I'm able to fix this???

Hi, I love your neighbourhood, and I'm looking forward to decorating it and really spicing it up into a vibrant and realistic place.

However, is there any good camera hack you can recommend for this particular neighbourhood? As it's too big to be able to be explored completely. I currently don't have any camera hack and can't view the entire "downtown" area, and the area at the bottom left.
