This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
These dresses are sort of a Christmas present to one of my Sims: Uinen. Uinen transitioned into a child wearing the blue and princess princess dress from Family Fun Stuff and a punky brown bob. She was no damsel in distress, though-- Uinen rocked the princess look like nobody's business. When she grew into a teenager, I wanted her to be able to keep her unique style. I looked through tons of Lolita-esque dresses, but they were all too, well, nice, and I don't like to have things in my game that look too realistic. I knew I would have to make something myself, because Uinen is just one of those Sims that you love to see happy.

Anyway, here's what I came up with. Not too complicated-- this project definitely taught me that less is more-- but I'm very happy with it. Here's the front and back view of Uinen's favorite new dress:

And here are the other colors:

These are for teens only right now, but if I can find a suitable mesh, I might make something similar for adults. After all, Uinen is eventually going to grow up!

I've had this mesh from MaxoidMonkey for a very long time and I've recolored it several times, but never got anything good to come out of it. I'm glad someone did ^^ These look wonderful! I'm downloading right away! Keep up the great work! =D

I dreamed I was missing... you were so scared, but no one would listen, 'cause no one else cared. After my dreaming, I woke with this fear. What am I leaving when I'm done here?

I always loved that top, but I didn't liked the bottom of that outfit.
And now you've made this wonderful dress! Thanks!

The link provided for the mesh does not work, Exchange is dead, can you please provide an updated link for the mesh? Or, since it feels unlikely you'll be able to contact the creator of an Exchange object, provide teh mesh?
