I, too, am having problems with this neighborhood. As much as I would love to download it, I cannot. WinRAR is telling me that there is a corrupted folder for the n742 file. The sc4 extracts fine. Hopefully you can get this working.

This is great and I downloaded and it worked for me except it took an extremely long time to load. Everything I did took a really long time so I am going to keep an eye on this post and redownload when the problem is fixed. Thank you so much for this download it is awesome. Looking forward to the fix.

I downloaded just the terrain and am using it as a subneighborhood. I find it very hard to find terrains that only have a main road with a few streets coming off it. Thank you very much for creating this one. Some of the houses I put in have driveways and/or garages--some do not. Just like in the patch towns in the area where I live.

Same here leeda618, the first time I tried to load it, it took a extremely long time--especially when it was generating the weather (I have Seasons EP, as well)--and it even froze up my game. But I restarted my computer and tried it again (what can I say, I'm a glutton for punishment, LOL) and it still took really long but it did end up loading for me then after I linked the Downtown area to it and started playing around in it a bit (generating NPCs and townies, etc) I think the game slowly started to pick back up to it's normal gameplay speed. It still suffers some lag and hiccups every now and then but it getting better; I'll keep a look out if any other fixes come about and re-download, if I need to.

I don't believe there is a fix. I believe it is just the game as you say generating all of the neighborhood elements. I think after the first one or two loads the neighborhood should speed up. Also when loading houses for the first time, that may take a while.

Well yeah Flabaliki, not saying a 'fix' in that sense--I probably should have used the word 'improvements', as in keeping on any updated improvements if you felt there was anything that need changing, LOL.

It's doing pretty good in my game now, I suppose most of the issues that people have had with it probaby may have to do with their systems as well. If your computer is already heavily loaded and running slow then it could be a possible pain to download and load this.

Corrupt files are usally due to the fact that the download did not complete or was interrupted whilst download. Try downloading it again .

A modern starter home on the edge of 20k however it doesnt have any beds so you can't call it a start home because as soon as you enter you'll need to cheat or go to work straight away (sorry about that :P)

Hello?
I was just wandering if you can make separate downloads for homes?
Thanks
hehehehehehe

Oh that's with roofslopeangle cheat. Press Control+Shift+C, and type in roofslopeangle XX. XX means the number you use, for example 25 is very low, 55 is very high.

Having had the Terrain in my game for some time, I just downloaded and installed the complete neighborhood out of curiousity. Wow! Can you build! I am green with envy. And to think you did it all without any CC. It did take a little longer to load but my computer has a good video card and lot of memory. I should have no trouble playing it. I really didn't need another neighborhood but I will definately be using it. Thank you. I will be looking for anything else of yours.

Hi

I've downloaded this neighbourhood twice, had a good look around, and it's a pretty awesome 'hood. However, both times it's caused my game to randomly crash and freeze (after it's done the first loading) and this went away after I removed the 'hood from my game. Has anyone else had this problem, and is there a solution?

I have the full Sims 2 (all EPs and SPs up to Mansion and Garden).
