From what I can see in the screenshots, this is an absolutley gorgeous beach house. The only problem I have is that everytime I try to enter the house in my game, my game crashes.. 
I downloaded both of Inge's patches and I don't know what I could be doing wrong.
Please, I really want to use this house!

Download empty version, and try again, I've tested this house (7 sim's days) and in my game works fine.

I've tried with both lots but as soon as I try to enter either one, my game crashes.
Maybe I just wasn't destined to play this lot.
I guess I'll just keep trying!

I am having the same problem! I did not try the empty version yet, I will try it. I have all EPs, including Free Time. and I don't have Inge's patches yet. I already try to reinstall it, but it did not work.
It seems to be a really beautiful house, I really would love to have it in my game!
