The house is beautiful, but I have a small problem: when I click on the link to install the stairs, it tells me this - "Critical Information
You have been banned from this forum.
Please contact the webmaster or board administrator for more information."
I have no problem reaching the other parts of the forum, only the SimArt section gives me this. Any idea what may be the problem?

Due to people posting spam we sometimes ban entire IP ranges. We've looked through it though. Please try downloading again.
