This lot was created in fun and in the spirit of the Silver Monkey day.

My being "Featured" shortly before the "monkey madness" prevented me from truly taking part in the festivities as I was totally clueless to the events. However, after seeing the site go bananas, my son wanted a monkey pad after I told him the tale above. He enjoyed the story immensely and when it was over he paused for a few minutes and said, "You just made that up didn't you?" and we both laughed. So, now the Silver Monkey legend lives on in the Sims.

Too funny. I was trying to stay out of the Silver Monkey silliness, but I had to check this post out. Even when you do a lot as a lark, you really put your all into it. It's really well done.

Thanks J! It was more about the story than the lot (which didn't take too long to do, seeing that I knew I wanted to have the stairs be the center of the lot!) It's actually a fun little lot to watch my son play in!

I agree J, she does do everything to make it amazing even when it's just a laugh Also i wanted to comment on how amazing the combination of walls and those objects, you blended them so well you would never tell they were different!

Thanks DD. I love wallpaper like mad! I love blending and mixing ones that normally are not put together. You will probably see more of this in newer lots I create.
