This looks like a ton of fun, but I'm having the same problem as Melo. I tried the "moveobjects on" trick, so I can buy it and place it, but when I select "ride" the sim walks up to it but then does nothing. I have no expansion packs installed so I tried the no EP version first, but then tried the EP version. (you know, just in case)

It's a dang shame, too, I got three witches who could all use a little cleaning skill. : \

hehe that's funny, I think it's cool that you learn cleaning from a broom! Thank you so much!

Our game is also now experiencing a problem when a child uses the broom. Once the child uses it, for some reason, the game goes wonky. If one Sim tries to interact with another Sim while the second Sim is doing something, both Sims stop doing their actions simultaneously ... almost like a jump bug ... and the game seems to be straining terribly, as if it's about to crash.

This could be a conflict with a mod or hack I installed since 2008 (and I have quite a few of them, so it wouldn't be easy to find out), when I made my last comment about this broom, so I really can't specify whether this is a problem with the broom or the way my Downloads are configured. It's really hard to tell ... previously, I had generally used the broom only in households with no children. But after seeing that Kailacat also experienced a problem with a child and the broom, albeit a different problem, I would have to caution users that in very rare cases, a child using the broom might cause problems in the game. There are apparently only two of us who have reported a problem, so this indeed seems to be a rare occurrence.

Oh, and I used the NoEP version. I don't have Free Time ... only up to Seasons. I've re-downloaded the file, and in the interim, even had a new video card installed (though this had nothing to do with the broom, of course! ) My video card drivers have been updated, as well as my Direct X. And the problem seems confined to the broom ... hacks such as the sheep work just fine!

Thanks to ALL free-site creators, admins and mods.

RIP Sunni ... truly a ray of light.

I really love all your creations, but especially this one. It's perfect for my witch/warlock Sims who *obviously* can't watch TV. My Sims are always using this, the horses, and the bicycles! Great work, you are very talented.

I'm sorry it does not work for you coffeecaramel35, I have no way of knowing what might be the problem with your game. You have to have all of the files in your downloads folder, and be sure you have custom content enabled.
