First, thank you for continuing with the Backdoor Lane series. In the interests of maintaining a complete collection, did I miss Backdoor Lane 52? Is 51A = 52? Should I just stop obsessing over the number 52?

52 isn't up yet -- no worries, I'll upload it eventually!

I like this series as well. The compactness and playability of these lots is very cool.

All right, another!

Hands down, your houses (Backdoor Lane, Bay Tree, Newbie Road series) are the best lots I've ever played. First of all, they look great. Realistic, sensible, well-designed and with a lot of character. Beautiful individually, but the effect of seeing them crowded together on the neighborhood screen shouldn't be missed.

The layout is perfect. Compact, but every inch used to the fullest. The starter homes especially give you a lot of bang for your buck.

I love how minimal you are with extra CC. I can download your lots knowing that I won't be cluttering my downloads folder with stuff I'll forget about immediately, and anything they do come with is premium quality.

They are very playable. I can even play your basements without problems, and I never like playing basements because they are such pains to see into.

For the first time, it feels like my sims have yards, too. I think it's a combination of the value of the extra space in a small lot, the sectioning off with fencing or architecture, and the minimal but lovely and realistic decorations. In any case, when playing lots other than yours, things tend to break down into the two categories of either inside or outside, but with your lots, there is a definite front yard and back yard.

I could never make houses like these, so I am only too happy to have so many to download. I mean, even the stairs, I don't know how you make them so unobtrusive and out of the way! I could go on, so I'll stop there. Awesome work.

You are truly an amazing lot builder! I've noticed more lots are appearing up with the help of your tutorials, or with credits to your lots/inspiration in the posts. Amazing job on all your homes, thanks for such marvelous places for our simmies to live!

I recently played again your flower home business (don't know which name it has) and I thought, that playing without your fantastic lots has not that fun factor playing sims that it has with your lots.
They look so realistic and everything is on it's right place. They are simply perfect.

First of all thank you for another great lot. I have been a fan of yours since you started the series, and only see improvements as it evolves.
Thinking about the new expansion, Apartment Life, I hope it will be possible to play those lots with multiple apartments [like no.30 or no.37] as they were originally intended. I guess we will have to wait and see how it works.

I just wanted to tell you how wonderful your Backdoor series is. I have downloaded so many of them and plan on using them to create my city for one of my Sim stories. Thank you for all the time and effort you have spent creating all of these homes and businesses!
