BTW, as far as I know you don't need to be a member at GoS to be able to download. I'm not and I download everything without problems.

I love it! I have loved the "grungy" theme for a long time, this has to be the best grungy thing a sim could want. It just seems so real somehow, when in reality, there is nothing that is really complex. Which is my favourite part! Awesome job - 100/5

Sorry, I'm not putting the posters in -- too gross, from the looks of the preview picture. (Why yes, I am vegetarian; why do you ask? ) However, though this doesn't quite live up to the book, the building will be suitable for squatters in the bad part of my Downtown, so I'm glad to take it!
