City of Carnen, decorated neighborhood using Criquettes road pieces.

You restarted the game right? The numbers shouldn't inflict if they are different.

CC won't affect the neighborhood. The only times I've had a neighborhood disappear like that is when it has been misplaced, or I've tried installing it on a game without Apartment Life.

This neighborhood is so awesome! I never thought that I would download Criquette's road stuff, but now I will just to enjoy this! Thanks so much!

Default Files aren't like before
I had to redownload a lot of stuff since my computer crashed a while back (and I lost everything); I now have a new computer; however, when I went back to this site for Carnen, the items in the zip package are different. It used to have the actual neighborhood folder. Now it doesn't. It only has a lot of separate files that have to be put into a neighborhood folder. Do I make a copy of on of the other folders, delete everything and put these files in the appropriate places? The general installation instructions don't fit what you have in the zip file. Thanks.

The files haven't changed, I downloaded the .rar (not .zip) package just now to check, and it still contains the N155 folder and the .sc4 file..... The first thing you need to try is to download again, in case the .rar package was corrupted while downloading.

I have a question:

Why do you need Apartment Life for this neighborhood? I can't see anything, from the screenshots, that would require that expansion pack.

I'm just asking because at the moment I have:

Sims 2 Original
University
Nightlife
Open For Business
Pets
Seasons
Freetime
Christmas Party Pack
Family Fun Stuff
Kitchen & Bath Interior Design Stuff
IKEA Home Stuff

and its pretty annoying that I would have to get one more expansion pack to just get this little neighborhood working, an amazing looking one I should add.

It simply requires the latest EP the neighborhood was made with. I don't know why. Try copying the neighborhood over an empty one with Mootildas HoodReplace. That might work.

Yeah, tried that but for some reason it just destroyed my Sims 2, I had to reinstall it.

I just bought Apartment Life so I don't really need to worry about that anymore. Time to rock 'n' roll with Carnen + Portland!

Hmm, worked just fine for me. Well, with AL it doesn't matter.

Such a beautiful neighborhood, it is a shame that it requires AL.

It's really too bad that decorated Nhoods always show up without any deco in my games while I have all the CC.. : (
But nevertheless it's an amazingly beautiful nhood, thanks for making <3!

This map looks gorgeous. Thank you for all of the links needed for the neighborhood mods to make it work (Shout out to Criquette's amazing creations).

Very nicely done. Thank you so much!
