Yes, they are floorpaints, not actual objects.

The blood, mist, round and diagonal ones. Thanks for all your hard work and great creations.

This is awesome. I've been looking around for a couple hours for something like this...had an idea for a house, but realized I couldn't make it unless I had some sort of 'loose' water. This is a bit big, unfortunately, but I will find uses for it, oh yes...and I'll keep an eye out just in case you DO end up making some that are smaller, different in shape, or different colours.

Yes, I imagine it would be quite simple.

Quite late, I know, but I second jsullivan277's comment (having these for The Sims 3), though I haven't the slightest clue how to do it myself, especially if I want lava that vaguely glows... >.< I know how to make terrain paint... that is all. Things like this make me REALLY wish I'd bought TS2 back in the day.

Just wanted to warn you, I downloaded this along with a recolor and it showed up in game. But when I went into "Live" mode and tried to unpause, it totally froze the game up, to the point that I actually had to manually turn off the PC. I don't know if it was the recolor or the mesh, but I do know that it messed up that lot. I deleted the lot and everything appears ok now, but that obviously shouldn't have happened. I am running Double Deluxe + all EPs. I've heard that DD has had some issues with CC more so than just regular base game, so it might be just this version of the game that reacts this way. Anyway, it looks like a nice object, I'm glad it's worked out well for most everyone else.
