That's awesome! I look for places that can be used as starters where my sims can build on. I mostly want unfurnished, so I got that one. The layout looks amazing. Can't wait to try it out.

This is adorable! I love how cozy it looks, a little bungalow at first, I didn't notice the lower level at first! I also love houses with lots of room for plenty of sims and this has it. The landscaping is beautiful!

Maybe you can add a few tall trees to add a bit of different height and levels.
