I really like the fact that it is NOT a Starter House. I have TOO MANY Starter Houses littering my neighborhood, and even more in my Lot Bin.

Furthermore, when a family moves out, the furnishings that they don`t take with them are sold, leaving many houses that weren`t originally Starter Houses selling for under $20,000.

As most of my new families are split off from existing families, they usually have in their inventory plenty of furnishings that they moved out with (as most families take their furnishings with them when they move to a bigger house, and end up with surplus furnishings that their kids can take when they move out, and often have plenty of cash to BUY what they can`t spare), and can therefore afford to buy larger unfurnished houses than CAS families can.

Pinkykitty, I saw you and QBUILDERZ's lots and I wanted to make one for myself, but it was so hard to make one that didnt look similar to yours or his. Its like when you see something and then later you think you made it up because its still in your mind, I could only make ones really similar to yours and it was hard getting something even like this! Sorry if you think I copied you, I kept checking back and going ahh! She did that too!!...ahh she did that aswell! ugh!

Woah, this looks great! I love modern style houses and this is nearly perfect. Excepting.. Did you forget to put a shower in the bathroom? ^^
