I'm not seeing them in mine, either. I have all EPs & SPs. Is there somewhere in particular I should be looking? I've gone through all lighting categories, as well as tried using the design tool (I have modular stairs that require that, among other things), and they're not in the pool section either.

They aren't showing up in my game either, maybe a CEP is missing?
