I was wondering how you made the den area. The table, chairs and where the tv is. It's lower than the rest of the level. But I am hoping it doesn't involve the floor elevation cheat, cause I can never understand it.

No cheat used to create this lot (excepted the Moveobjects cheat...).

Great design and house. Being beside the beach is definitely a plus. It's one of the most refreshing designs I've seen. But there seems to be a problem with the table in the living room. My sim can't seem to access one of the chairs? I had my teens try to do his homework and it kept on giving me the can't access thought.

Maybe because of the stairs near the table. Try to remove a part of it. Sorry i ve not tested all the chairs.

The homes in this series are beautiful, but my sims are all so poor. Lol, could you please make a more "budget friendly" home in this style?

Downloaded this a while ago, its my favourite house of all. Wish all my families could use it, but would be rather dull. Which is the reason the family who has it is the one I enjoy playing the most.

Hoping for more houses from you so the rest of my Sims can have great houses also
