Very nice house! It's really beautiful, I love the entrance shot. I don't have the Tiki set, though. Would the Tiki objects simply not show up (like in TS2) or would there be an error?

By any chance, have you also uploaded this to the exchange? 'cause it's on the exchange titled as "Beach Villa"

I did not. Thank you very much for the heads up! I just went there and saw it, not sure what I can do about it tho.

Edit: what's weird is that "Beach Villa" is what I called it when I was building it, but I renamed it, maybe the new name didn't take, but it packaged it a "Belle Vista".

leovenancio123 - I think that if you are missing anything included in the house that the game will just substitute something else in place of it.

No problem! I noticed both usernames weren't the same so I thought something was fishy.. You can try reporting it. There's been a lot of cases of creation-theft and people always report it but I'm not sure if it does much but it doesn't hurt to try! I'll report it too to see if they'll take any action if it's more than one person :P

Thanks! I did report it, not sure if they'll do anything about it. I never go to the exchange, so I never would have even known about it, I appreciate you taking the time to let me know, and for reporting it yourself. I'll have to stop by there more often. LOL

not to sound like a butt kisser but this is by far the best house ever created, its spacious its beautiful and everything a sim needs is there and MORE
i wish they made more 40 by 40 lots
i really hope u remake this house for smaller lots

i'm not sure if i'm allowed to post this but this is a great house.

but you need the sets to use them

they work.. i use them.. put it in ts3> downloads

and install them like you usually would with something you buy.

if this isn't allowed, delete it.
