I'd like to add community lots like this one, but when I try I get the message that they won't fit... Placing lots in TS3 is much more difficult than TS2 from what I can see.

It's a great lot. I like all in it! There are some places in my neghborhood to place it, and I can't wait to play with.

Cool lot, one question though. When I use it myself, I don't have those leaves in the water. Anyone?

Yes it is a bit different to place a lot in TS3. To place this one go to "Modify the City". Then choose an empty lot on the map marked as a community lot - or click on a lot and choose to change its category (from residential to community) in your control panel.

Then you can place your lot. The game says a lot is not fitting when you try to put a community lot on a place marked as residential.

I hope this will help. Good luck and have fun.

Odd thing ! By the way the leaves in the water are from the game so you can place some new ones easily - I think they are in the flowers category - You may perhaps have to use the MoveObjects on cheat as I am always using this cheat to place the flowers.

Good luck
