All you have to do is unzip the file, and then double click on Fallout Chic.sims3pack. This will pull up the Sims 3 launcher, which will install the file automatically. If this doesn't work, let me know, and we'll try to see what the problem is.

THANKYOU! I'm having a hard time finding derelict houses. I fell in love wih Skunk Haven in Riverview + now i want to populate the entire neighbourhood with ouses like it. This fits perfectly

I love it Fallout 3 is my favorite console game and I already pre ordered Fallout New Vegas which doesn't come out till November! Thanks so MUCH!

It is most unfortunate that the apocalypse has come, at least my sims can take comfort in having an appropriately run down house to call home. Could you make more of these? It's SO perfect!

Just what i was looking for...
Thank you so much!! Even though i did not download this house; i did rebuild this house with help from the floor plan, on my Xbox "TS 4" game!! So cool!!
