Although, I have a question, is the CAS hack necessary for him to look as he does in the photos, or can I import him without the CAS hack?

He'll still look like that without a CAS hack.
Only some part will go back to the normal limit of the game when you adjust the face.
So if you won't modify the face, CAS hack isn't necessary.

i downloaded that no store one, and it comes up in my game, but i dont get the hair still

Very nice sim, except that I couldn't find him anywhere in the Move In Household thingy! I've installed all the custom content, put the .sim file into SavedSims folder, but he didn't show up in Move In Household.

OMG he is gorgeous!! excellent work TummyZa! I wish I had TS3 right now just to add him to my hood, maybe someday. I love all the nice details and he looks quite yummy.

The Bioshock shirt really caught my eye though. Love it!
