this is a tool you can buy with your lifetime points!
and this tool is just for teens/adults/elders so in this mod i allowed the children and toddlers to use it!

I can't use rar files. I'm on a mac laptop and i can only use zip files.

I have a mac and I can use rar files. Have you tried getting a program like Stuffit or Unarchiver?

not really, this mod let you use the moodlet on adult by toddlers

In my game with this mod children and toddlers really can use moodlet but only on adults.. Not even themselves. So the children's and toddler's mood can't be changed.

Edit: Now I see that it's not my game's fault.

So what does the moodlet "DO"? I have tried zapping and curing my pants off but can never notice a difference in the one being zapped. Can ANYONE explain the MOODLET? I have searched quite a bit and never had this answered. Thanks!
