Hey,
Another big house thats taken me the last week to complete but i think it ended up being worth it, definitely some of my best work in my opinion.

Hollywood Luxury

A modern mansion for sims wanting nothing but the greatest in living standards. This fully furnished modern mansion comes complete with space for the whole family. High upon a hill, this house gives the greatest in lifestyle for your sims to enjoy. Complete with 4 bedrooms, multiple split-level living areas and an indoor/outdoor accessible pool. Greatly landscaped with dazzling hills, and luxurious gardens, that would complete any home.

House Features
  • 4 Bedrooms
    (master with W.I.R. and en-suite)
  • 4.5 Bathrooms
  • Split-Level Kitchen (wtih W.I.P.), Dinning and Family Area
  • Formal 'Sunken' Living and Dinning Spaces
  • Rumpus/Games Room
  • Media Room
  • Study
  • Upstairs Retreat
  • Double Garage
  • Indoor/Outdoor Pool
  • Landscaped Yard

This house was actually inspired by a house i designed in the sims 2; with also improvements made from my first couple of uploads, which have a similar style; in which i was very proud of, but never ended up getting a chance to upload it due to large amounts of custom content used.

I hope you all enjoy this house as much as i did making it. This is definitely one of my favorites so i hope even a small amount of the community enjoy it too

Haha now.. i'm going to bed.. with this finished i might just be able to get some sleep tonight.. instead of staying up all night working on this lot

Also when i say, lot for the sims wanting the style of the rich and famous, i think the price shows i'm not lying

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I love houses that are built into the landscape - great job!

Remember, being paranoid doesn’t mean they’re not after you.

Thanks for all the feedback and i'm glad you all like it.

@geislseb: to get the roof so low you can use the CFE (constrainfloorelevation) cheat, theres some great tutorials on here, and other sites if you want to know more about it .

Everything sucks, until it doesn't.

As i said to geislseb it requires the use of 'constrainfloorelevation' cheat, which you can change wall heights and so on...

this may help.. its for split level but it uses the same basic principal. Just instead of lowering the bottom, you lower the top

I hope that makes sense, theres some great tutorials here on MTS if you would like to learn . They might explain it better too .
