I like to keep a minimum of stories as well... I'm not sure why... XD Anyway, this is very useful to me plus it looks really nice. Thanks for sharing. *Thumbs up!*

101ita - For me, I like to see what everyone is doing. I do not like having to switch back and forth from one level to another to keep track of everyone. Also, it takes so long to go up and down stairs because the animations must show every step at normal pace it seems.

Many people don't like using the stairs. I am not one of them, but I can understand the bother and frustration of moving between floors. Your example, however, is a very functional, convenient, traffic friendly yet spacious design and I approve of the bathrooms and will use the 'discrimination doors' on them ( one of the downloads here at MTS ). And you showed me something new from the marble work you did on the floor.

I will place it in Riverview but I tell you that I will remove that children's section immediately. There are no kids allowed in the Riverview in my game. I must finally end this by saying that once you start using stairs you may never go back.

Shoosh Malooka - "Functional, convenient, traffic friendly yet spacious" was and is my goal for Sims. Thanks for that comment. Also, I enjoyed your parting comment about the stairs. However, I only use stairs to get to bedrooms and baths. The baths are to use on the way to bed or upon rising. I like my Sims out of sight only when sleeping or at work or school. This new open neighborhood is a real adjustment for me because I'll forget that I sent one Sim over to the neighbors or to the park, etc. We (the Sims and I) have different ideas about what they should be doing once they get somewhere.

I don't know what to tell you. I have the latest update (1.8.25) for the base game and no World Adventures expansion pack. I bulldozed the old community lot and selected the new one in edit town mode. I was able to place a copy.

Thank you. This is exactly what I needed. I prefer single floor community lots, myself.
