All About Style has some vintage maternity wear. Link is on the overview page.

I hope to eventually do some recolors of those meshes but have too much other stuff planned first. As to whether any of the above meshes have preg morphs I have no idea. I normally just use the Maxis maternity wear since I speed up pregnancy to last only one day and I find the procedure for putting them into custom maternity wear to be annoying when it has to be redone every time they change clothes.

This mod is what gave me the idea to use a different clothing style for each area of the uberhood. This suits Pleasantview quite well. Thanks.

This is insane, each link leads to another link which requires something else in another link. Couldn't you just package it all together?
