Historical themes are so popular in the Sims it's a wonder that there's never been an expansion pack for it.

If you list all my downloads you find a version for adult and young adult, this is an update for teens and elders.
Far harder to make it for the children as I lack a good starting mesh, probably harder than making one for males as I did as a test, I will probably need the upcoming Delphy's CAS toos for meshes to do it, uses tsr workshop now and it's very limited regarding meshing.

Gah! These are all so lovely! Obviously, to be historically correct for any Victorian Sim past the 1820s, they'd have to be poofy, but g'dang, these are way better than what we have to work with to start. Thank youu! <3
