Absolutely divine job! I agree about having to work around the stained glass inserts when using these otherwise lovely counters. These are much more useful and so versatile, if I want to include a few stained glass units without having to go "whole-hog". Thank you for these inspiring meshes!

Default Do You Take Requests?
These are very nice & you did a wonderful job! I love them in my game...even better than the originals. I didn't use them much for the same reason you stated.

Do you take requests? If so, do you think you could also remove the stained glass from the "Window Casement Mission"? If not, it's OK but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. :D

Not having a sig IS my sig. Oh wait, this is a sig, isn't it? Nevermind...

Thanks so much. I did finally create a kitchen with the mission cabinets for a house I building in that style. Although I did get my color scheme from the stained glass, which looks great, the bombardment of stained glass in that kitchen is overwhelming and downright ugly. Now I can fix the kitchen and keep the house!

Heh -- for those requesting windows, that's a whole nother ball game in Sims 3, every object type has its own quirks and idiosyncracies. I'll pass on the word to some of our window experts though.

Thank you soooo much! And thank you for making them *NOT* default replacements. These are going to be perfect for the kitchen I haven't been able to get right.

Absolutely lovely work, Srikandi! I'm going to hold off downloading for now in hopes that at some point the files can be made smaller but if that's not possible I'll still have to snag them later.

Isn't that the truth? If a person doesn't run into trouble with the way the texture is mapped on something, it will be something else rearing its ugly head.

Brilliant! The counter and cabinet are great (I always hated that stained glass).

Delphy's Dashboard said these were corrupt?

First I'd like to say thank you for your beautiful work! I'd love to have these in my game and I'm sure you worked hard on them.

I ran Delphy's Sims3 Dashboard tool and four of the files showed up corrupt so I took them out of my game and cleared the caches. The four were the Cabinet Island Mission Plain, Cabinet Mission Plain, Counter Island Mission Plain, and Counter Mission Plain.

I thought you might want to know just in case. I only have the base game and I have the latest patches as of today, 3/12/10.

I have been looking all over for counters without the back "lip" that bleeds into windowsills. Thanks so much for these!

Ahhh that'd be because they were created with a very early version of the Object Cloner tool. I'll look into updating em one of these days

I hope you'll update these; I can't put anything on top of them now--I just end up with a hole in the counter and the objects sitting on the floor. I hate not being able to use it anymore! :[

Love the way these look, but I can't place a sink on them. When it's placed, it looks like a hole in the counter. All the rest in the game work, so it's some issue with this one. Have all the expansions except for Supernatural, and also the first four stuff packs. Game is fully updated. I don't have any mods that should affect this, either. Hope it can be corrected, because I would love to use these!
