is it possible to do this with residential items on community lots? Like being able to put stoves on community lots?

Does this mean we can actually go into the buildings now? And/or change or modify their contents? This waiting outside for my sim to "reappear" is totally annoying!

mwhahahahaha!!!!! Like Master K i too have an evil empire of sims who now have access to facilities on their doorstep (literally, they never have to leave home)

And im sure that Bella and Mortimer will appreciate having a Mausoleum on the premisice...

Only the one pictured. I'm not sure what you mean by both. If you mean the Riverview one, that's not there.

Yes, it should be. I don't see why not.

Nope. Sadly, they are the same old rabbit holes available to be placed on residential lots.

Thanks for sharing, I believe that the last package listed with the sports stadium is broken. It says on the page it's a 9.x MB package but when it downloads (ANd I've downloaded it multiple times under different names to avoid download cache), it only downloads aproximately 7.xMB which the 2MB difference is the file size listed for the sports stadium that 7zip says is broken. You may want to repackage it and upload it again.

Ive downloaded the community 1 file two times already and ever time i open it it says its corrupted. Could you please replace the community 1 again.

Would it be possible to also make available that huge fountain that's near the science building in Sunset Valley? The one with the huge metal atom (or whatever it is) in the middle? I've been looking for that in the catalog, but I can't find it.

This is great! A couple of my buildings (The Sports Stadium specifically) keeps glitching, appearing then disappearing and going on and off like a light. I'm hoping this will fix it, maybe to replace the one that's there? Anyway, thanks!

Great idea! How would I go about editing the flag pole and the flag so I can have an American flag for example, or any other country. I've tried opening the object up in the TS3 workshop, but I only get the flagpole and the flag itself is nowhere to be seen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

This is not working for me at all.
I can't find the buildings anywhere in-game, and I've tried to put the .package-files in both the My Computer>TS3 and My Documents>TS3 but with no luck.

I have all the expansions installed

What does this do cause the buildings been unlocked all you have to do is change the lot type go into the lot click on build objects and click on the picture that looks like a little shop.
