Very nice work and great design. Only thing I wasn't fond of was the wall and floor tiles in the pool, they kind of made the pool blend into the deck area too much. But that was easy to change and it's just my humble opinion. Anyways, excellent job!

to place the house, you need to convert the lot (the one with the waterfall) into a residential lot. then you should be able to place it
