I have a question. the dimentions of the house are listed as follows

Lot Size: 16x18
Unfurnished: 51 799

Lot Size: 2x2
Lot Price: 111 225

How can this house have two lot sizes? Is it 16x16 or 2x2? You should fix it to make it more clear.
