Hey! BoilingOil, can you please share your files for this mod, or at least explain how to disable those BHAV? Cause I didn't like this behavior as well, and I tried to fix it myself, but I totally ruined it... Help me, please...

I know, I am late. Run into the same situation as Bo reported. Thanks for the note!. I guess he meant to delete BHAV "Have a Drink - Talk and Sip (0x100A in Group 0x7F711E0D) - Bar Drinks". At least that one was given by Mog in the original desription. Seems it worked.
Edit: Also needed to remove the corresponding BCON in the tuningB file (if you use that).

Does anyone know if this version can be used with Fway's patch of Actual Alcohol, which was designed to be used with the original?
