Is the cc you said is included going to auto-install with the lot? I have some of the stuff already, but I'm being very picky with what cc I put in my game since there's not an easy way to uninstall what you don't want from in-game. Is there anyway you could upload an unfurnished version with as little cc as possible? Like build mode stuff is ok. I really like the house, but I can't bring myself to add that much cc to my game.

This furnishing in this house is so beautiful, everything goes well with each other and it looks like something I would see in a decorating magazine! Absolutely beautiful inside and out.

I'm not really sure it does auto-install with the lot. You can always try because the game will replace contents you actually don't have by some Ea objects
And you can always have the house Unfurnished in the game too. It's an option when a sim buy a house. :D
