I'm with Maltha002. This house is fantastic! The first picture is deceiving as it appears that the house is somewhat smaller, but then you go inside & WOW! It's VERY spacious and appealing! I love it & downloading right now! Thank you for sharing!

This house is absolutely gorgeous.
I don't even have Sims 3 installed anymore, went back to S2 but this is just gorgeous!

I love the layout and how you decorated, the pool area, the kitchen.
Entire place is great. Really lovely job.
