A home perfect for your smaller family with a large yard to play and garden.

A large covered porch leads you inside to a warm, cozy home; spacious but not overly large. Just to the left of the entry you will find a small kitchen and to the right of the entry, a separate dining area.

The dining and living rooms are separated by a double-sided fireplace for cozy evenings in front of a fire.

Off of the living room is the main hallway which will take you to the bedrooms and main bathroom. The master bedroom is joined to a large master bathroom with separate tub and shower.

An enclosed patio sits at the back of the house with entries to both the living room and master bedroom and there is plenty room outdoors for a large garden.

Edit: The shadow on the garage door was driving me crazy and I finally had a moment of inspiration on how to fix it and it worked! So, I have made that small adjustment and repackaged the lot. If you have downloaded it and want to fix the garage door then just stick a light behind the door. Any new downloads will have the fix already done.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

"Wicked" this is very nice I love your choice of colors, and the floorplan is good for the sims. I just love the furniture as well.
