I'm speechless, Steph. These lots are beyond detailed. Phenomenal work, as always.

I'm no longer active here. My latest creations can be found here:

I suppose it did take a while, but the design phase is the fun phase. The things that "should" be easy are the things that consume time. And the largest time thief is preparation for uploading. But in the end...it's so worth it as it feels wonderful to sucessfully complete something. The "details" are my driving force, for the "little" things always make a great difference! Thank you for the compliment.

*Hmmm...What's the story behind that name? I must confess that I am not a sun worshipper at all. I love days where the sun fades in and out and the sky is overcast with clouds. I really love the rain...for so many reasons. On days when there is little sun, I have the world to myself when I go for my walks.....Anyway...Thank you. I appreciate your enthusiastic feedback. There is more to come!

Thanks...While I'm focusing on giving a bit of realism to Simsville at the moment, I also want to ensure the Sims can have "fun" on each lot. My ultimate goal is to marry "real" and "fantasy" in a way that shows how well they can exist together. We shall see how the project unfolds.

The projects seem to grow don't they? Thanks for the support bro. The "invisible" mail console will come in handy in future uploads! "Speechless" - I don't seem to ever have that problem.

Thanks Leester. Your station was a major source of inspiration for creating this set. The image of the Sims kissing on the platform is priceless.

You are welcomed! Do enjoy the lots!

I appreciate your comment. Funny thing is this got sidetracked by the Gwrych Project (which I'm still working on as it grew in scope - 7 parts but so worth it for me)...Back to Simming for a bit...I'm playing around with the first set of Gwrych lots for a few days....Fine tuning and deciding when to share them... Then, it's back to Simtopia...Bus Depot and Sea Port! Take care and thanks again!

Sorry about this! The Simtopia Collection is my "ultimate" Sim lots set. While I will be creating a "basic" set of community and residential lots using only 3 or 4 EPs later, it won't be until next year after the entire Simtopia project is complete. I wanted Simtopia to be created with ALL the games as it will be the most complete neighborhood and I want to actually "enjoy" the total Sims 2 experience seeing that I have all the games - eventually!

Thanks for the compliment.

These remind me so much of my childhood. We had trains where I lived, and I rode them all over the place! I love the States, but we've got no trains to speak of. At least my sims can go to the station now. Thanks for making these!

edit: Stairs from the train to the hiking grounds, eeeee! Takes me back. So much detail in these lots, and so much for sims to do. Not sure the sim kids should be playing with the engine controls, but maybe it's "tour the train" day? :D
