Wow! I like it! I'm also quite excited about the fact that you left some yard to play with. So many creators use of every inch of available space and then there's no place to play catch. Beautiful attention to detail!

I see you have most EPs/SPs listed as required, but it doesn't really look like there's anything in the house that's non-basegame (other than CC). Is that so?

Not really, I used furniture from various EPs.

Wow. You really did a great work on this one. I love this recreation! The details of the house, yard and landscaping are remarkable. I love a master suite on the first floor and all of those other bedrooms. Great job! I'd live there myself. Keep up the great work.
