Very cool! I like how you used the game art to make these. It's very appropriate and nice to see something other than the two that were reused.

wasn't one of the features of the sims 3 supposed to be real posters of real upcoming movies shown in game?

Well the poster file names (which I can't remember at the moment) do make it sound like they were originally intended to change automatically.

I'm glad they didn't go through with it though as my Sims live in a universe of their own hence why I will not download anything with English text on it or known characters and brand names.

I agree. The language of the Sims is Simlish. English is a foreign language in SimNation.

Friggin' awesome!! ^_^ My Sims don't go to the movies that often so I never noticed, but it certainly does look weird the way EA left it!

And a special thanks for not putting in real-life movies like Twilight, Iron Man, etc. I never download stuff with references to RL, either.

YAY! The repeated posters always bugged me, and you made EXCELLENT replacements. They look like real movies without actually *being* real movies (like annachibi said, I find that annoying). They look great and I can't wait to try them out.

I've seen lots of different replacements for these theater posters, but yours are the only ones I've ever downloaded because they suit best. Well done and thank you.

What an awesome idea! Yes, I had also noticed how it was just two posters over and over, but it's a small theater so I just pretended like they only have two screens. Now I don't have to!

Really, this was pure laziness on EA's part. If you have the know-how (which EA obviously does) and the right computer programs (which EA obviously does), creating an extra four posters just wouldn't take that long.

I also want to say, they look great in-game!

Thanks MenanceMan44, these are fantastic! I like them all--especially the one with the burglar! I'm also glad EA didn't put "real" movie posters in the game. We have enough intrusive advertising with the EA store as is (I shut it off but that they even put it in the game annoys me.) So thanks a lot for these, and you're right EA is lazy and cheap, afterall why give six posters when they can get away with two. Thank goodness for clever crafters like yourself. Much appreciated.

i could never thank you enough times. this is perfect. Originally i came to see if it were possible to get a mod to change the posters to new ones weekly or so, even if it loops, it would seem like there was more variety.

It's possible but you'd have to ask devout about using the images as defaults.

It seems so funny reading this in 2013 when we know Ambitions as EP #2 of 10. (And you KNOW next year someone will say "haha, it's EP #2 of 12. Past people are so funny.")
