I like your flowering hedges! Do you have a picture of your first floor plan?

What' wrong with CC? I think all lot builders should play with both ideas in a way that CC is used in a minimal and effective way (unless it is a themed lot) and also build without CC just to stretch the imagination.

Seriously this is a nice lot. It has simple beauty and great potential for those who love to decorate!

Haha thanks. And yes, the first floor is in there. And for the Hedges, you can get amazing results with the moveobjects on cheat, hahha.

I have no problem with CC, just sometimes im unable to get a name for who created the said CC. So i narrowed it down to very minimum, only one thing (the white roof trim).
