I went in and changed the tuning on the firehouse beds as well... because what kind of idiots would put crappy beds in a firehouse???

I see where it appears you altered the grade for the small house fires. But what about the large house fires? Did you alter that too? The game gives you more time for that, because there is WAY more stuff to do.

P.S.- to make the career "harder", can you make it so each thing you do or accomplish does not fill the progression bar as much? That is my major problem with it. the bar just fills up to quickly. so maybe if things just counted less...but idk. Too late for my sim anyway. he is still a young adult and is already at the top of the profession

Yes, the large fires/emergencies were changed as well, just omitted putting them into the overview. Probably do that in a day or so. Not sure how to diminish the accomplishments much other than the time for grades. Would need more study.

Great, I am going to give the harder package a whirl. It should be more fun when my sims don't get a promotion every day

well this mod conflicts with Upgrade Times- No Aquarium AM mod according to my Sims 3 Dashboard, so letting you know that, also sounds like a great mod for the Fast Lane to try.

I think the ITUN file in this mod needs updating patch 1.22 / GEN. Thank you.

I've never really played with a firefighter Sim before, but now that I've download this I have the sudden urge to do that. TY.

I know I'm kind of late, but I found a bug with the "no decay" mod. There's a bug with EA's system where if you upgrade an item at home, it also simultaneously maintains the fire alarm. So if you have the "no decay" mod installed and you upgrade an item at home, it still registers it as maintaining the fire alarm and the conflict causes the game to crash. At least it caused mine to crash. When I switched it out for the "easier" mod instead, the problem cleared up, so that was my conclusion.

Thank you for this! My Sim reached the top of the Firefighter career track, but has only rescued 18 Sims. *le sigh* I was searching for a mod that would make her autonomously upgrade the fire alarm and fire engine in her house, now that she works from home. Will this mod accomplish this, or does it only affect the alarm & engine at the fire station? (I spent an entire sim week thinking that they were the same fire engine that was traveling back & forth with my sim, only to find hers had gone down to 0%. *face palm*)

Tried using this mod to correct the sudden drop to 0% with no decay the mod doesn't work anymore. I red that nrass story telling is the cause of the bug and was never fixed.
