Looks great! I really like the CC you chose and how you used it--thanks for sharing.

Oh, that looks very cozy! I agree with Honeywell about the CC.

I don't mind if you call me "MSD" or something for short.

I really like: a)the beautiful windows you used b) the interior shots which really give you the feel of the house, and c) the use of diagonal walls in your floor plan. It's a gorgeous house!

Hmmm, I'm gonna think about it.
That one would be completely without trees though (well, except for that lonely tree in front of the house), and without the interior foundation on the roof.
The question is if the basegame version would be furnished or unfurnished... or both? (That's a lot of versions, lol. It's hard so satisfy everyone, as much as I'd like to...)

Ah, as said: I'll think about it!

Ah, i love this house, really modern but still cozy! But I had this problem with all the windows, they all were blue, I replaced them with other big windows, but they're not so pretty as the ones you used, maybe a solution? Still big thanks!

I've heard other people who've downloaded my lots having the same problem. The windows need the windows set's master file, get it here: http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=257715

Apparently the master file isn't even included in the package, I see now. I've updated the page now too, if the windows flash blue for everyone.

When you open the rar. file, do you double click on the package file? You're not suppose to put these kind of files in the download folder, but double click on them. When you've done that, a screen comes up and you just click Install. Done! The lot SHOULD then appear in the game.

I seem to have an issue with just loading the lot up. I've installed the required CC by putting the meshes in the download folder, and I've installed the Sim2Pack file using Cleaninstaller (perhaps this is the problem?). The game crashes when loading the house.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks.

Have you gotten the windows' master mesh too? (See thread for directions if not.)
Do you have all the required expansions?

I'd say it's because one of those reasons. But if you have downloaded the master mesh and you've got all the required expansions, I don't know what the problem could be. :S
Installing it with the Cleaninstaller shouldn't be a problem.

Your problem is that the requirements for this lot are incorrect. Although it is marked as Open for Business and Bon Voyage , it actually requires at least Open for Business, Bon Voyage and Apartment Life, and probably all of University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Bon Voyage, Free Time, and Apartment Life.

OGF -

You need the counter mesh for the kitchen set not to flash blue, which you can get here:
the BB_KitchenBasic_Counter_and_recolours.rar one.
As for the other objects, any specifics? Or is it everything? Because basically what you need when there's an object flashing blue is get the mesh for it. Strangley enough this seems to happen sometimes with people downloading my lots, even when I've included the mesh. If you want you can have a look at the Custom Content Included list on this thread yourself, or if you can't find the objects there I can help you out.
