You download a file but i am not sure what it's called and you put it into the mods folder. Startup the game and it comes with two mods, Nointro and Nobuildsparkles.
so if the EA intro and Sims 3 Cutscene dosen't show up, You have installed it correctly.

These are great! Would it be possible to convert these to Sims 4? I've come across a couple of finds like these where they're sims 3 format, but they're perfect for quite a few of my sims. Thanks!
