Those aren't quite the kitchen cabinets I picture in a more modern house, but it all looks very nice. You have done a great job...

I don't even like modern, but this is wonderful. Thanks!

I never thought of making that kind of floor design. That's intuitive. Great wallpaper choices as well.

Your right ! Truly I like none of the kitchen cabinet available in the game. I used this one for its top. But I did not want to add to much CC in this lot, thinking that downloaders could change them in their game

Thank you everybody for your nice comments

This is wonderful! I always try to create something like this myself but I fail every time.
So I'm more than happy about this one, thank you!

I love your use of horizontal window blinds in the archways (columns) around the patio area to create a very unique "privacy fence". Good job!

Beautiful as usual! I really like the way you used the arches and the blinds on the deck. That is a fabulous idea which I hope you won't mind me using! I love your work!

This lot looks great. You've hit the modernist vibe wonderfully and the wood still adds warmth the the stern composition. Thank you :D

Very nice! Can you just tell how you made that kind of U-shaped suspended thing above the patio? I've been looking for such an option in TS3, but found nothing...
