As I remember in The Witcher game, there was a passageway with a door with much more space where you defeat the barghests close to the beginning of the game around the Wyzima Tavern. This community lot does not have that passageway and door with that space. But, thank you for trying to replicate the Wyzima Tavern from the game. It means a lot.

I could have made the lot bigger ofc but a smaller one is more versatile and easier to place in different neighbourhoods. But not sure what you mean by a passageway - the barghest attacked Alvin and Caroline on the road outside the fenced area.
