I don't understand your question. This is not a mod, mods change the behaviour of things and don't have a mesh most of the time. This is a simple object, and it has the mesh that you see in the pictures obviously.

Well, still I cant find your object on my game. I did all the possible things to enable Custom Contents

I apologize, the mistake was on my side. Some values needed to be changed for games that are nothing but the basegame. Does this new version work for you? I have also attached a picture of what the thumbnails look like, my computers are too big to be fully visible.

You mean that green box at the right wall in the second image? It's extracted either from Half-Life 2 or Fallout 3, I think I got it from Garden of Shadows.
