Wow, I know that cheap houses are useful in game, but didn't expected that this simple one will become so popular! So thanks a lot for those positive comments.

And sorry pare321, but LN's cheap plumbing is a must-have if we want this starter to be... Well... Starter.
So maybe try to focus harder.

This is perfect! I was looking for a cute house for my Sim to move into that would look right at home in Twinbrooks, and this definitely fits the bill. Thanks so much!
