Beefysim1, the house is beautiful. But I Can't install Mods, I don't know why. The Launcher of Sims 3 doesn't appear, it goes directly to the game. (Sorry for the bad english, I'm portuguese). So I can't do the Download Stuff.

How can I solve this problem, or if you can't help, how can I do the Garage stuff, "underground", and plant threes in the roof top. Can you help me? Thanks

help cant install it. after i click the sims 3 custom content, the launcher comes out as it usually does then when i install it, the install bar does not come out neither does it install or appear in game.

@Undermined: I'm not sure about your install problem. I can only recommend reinstalling your game and expansion packs. Maybe check the Support section at the official The Sims 3 website? Also, make sure you have the required expansion packs for this house, and have your game updated to a compatible version.

Follow this tutorial to create a sloped garage. This is not exactly how I did it, but the results are the same. There are various tutorials on split-levelling here. You place plants on the roof with the moveObjects on cheat.

@Dyari: As above, make sure you have the required expansion packs for this house and have your game updated to the latest version (this information is located in the 'Download' tab at the bottom of this page). The Sims 3 Launcher is very buggy, so I can't help you beyond that.

i want this house so bad ( yea, i have the expansions but im not sure about the game versions though...oh well thanks anyways.

Hey, i got the launcher to work properly, but i have encountered another problem, the reason it does not want to install is because it said i dont have my sims 3 updated. BUT, i have all ep's install that your house requires. do you have any idea why this is so? my game version is 6.0.81.009001. Should i get sims 3 generations for this?

It requires 6.2.4, but not Generations. Most likely your EA updater is broken. It happened to me once, and it didn't tell me there was an update even though there definitely was. The thing that worked for me was logging on from a different account and running The Sims 3 Launcher from there.

How do you make split levels? Everytimes I put stairs into a house, it's the complete lenght one (to add another level). The tutorial on MTS isn't worth a penny and is UBER complicated.
And I hope this house would work. I have all EP + SP with latest updates and it still tells me that it needs to be updated. Too bad

If you mean the palm trees, moveobjects on should work. If you mean outside of the lot, then you have to delete them from 'Edit Town' mode.
