This is an AMAZING lot! I am just stunned at the detail of the lot. I have never had a sim's environment meter all the way green. Everything is perfect here.
I made a sim to live on this lot (deleted the ship in the bottle like you suggested) and she is doing very well. I made her a pleasure sim with a quest for knowledge.
I also followed your advice of going "vegan". Now when she goes out to eat, all she ever wants is chef salad!! Too funny!

This is really, really cute! um.. Does your sims freeze while taking showers in winter? lol

They do get pretty cold, but the shower does have hot water, so no, my sim never froze. She had a couple close calls though, that's why I installed Inge's AC/Heater Unit inside the bathroom.

I absoulutly love this lot, been playing it for about a week.

The only problem I have is that my sim can't seem to leave the lot, they can't take a taxi or walk anywhere. Am I doing something wrong?

Rars are similar to zip, except they compress better. You use WinRAR to open it.

Nope, I'd have to completely rebuild the lot using an AnyGame, and most of what makes this place super cute are the plants I used from MG. This Stuff Pack is truly one of my favorites (means I use it in most of my lots), and it's really gone down in price, and if you buy from MTS's Amazon store, it will help with our donation drive. Let me add my laughs. Downloaded this to my slum neighborhood that I call Detroit... and associated college (No Name University). Loaded my young adult into Salvation Army Dorm (with Mr. Poorman), added cash, and found own place. The household split left me under 14,000. Rented this lot leaving me under 10,000. First night on the lot my character is painting in a thunderstorm under the tree and gets struck by lightning. She lives through it with bad hygiene, bladder needs, and halfway to tired. I get her cleaned up, tried to get her to use the facilities, and the tree catches on fire. I extinguish that but her hygiene is o and environment sucks. Take another shower use the facilities and the tree catches on fire again....

I've always loved this lot. I've just spent half an hour looking for it under Sims 3 downloads, only to realize it was made for Sims Two. Any chance of it being ported to Sims 3?
