House Boat on a Lake

Oh, I suspect Icad's tropical hood is spectacular! Being able to mix and match Maxis madness is always a plus, especially when you are not only a terrific lot designer, but great at performing recolour miracles.

BTW tricia, your little lot is happily nestled away in my Cape Cod hood. Of course flaunting it's red coat of paint and beachy redecorations. It made a perfect test subject for the wall collection I just created (hopefully it will be moved to the queue soon. Mods are probably up to their elbows in uploads and such). At any rate...keep the lots coming! It will be interesting to see where you go next!

I always wanted to build such a boat but truly lack patience. Must be fun for Sims. Thanks so much.
