Has anyone made an animated accessory that doesn't use an animated texture, but actually moves?

@CatOfEvilGenius: I don't think it's possible. I was told that animated accessories are made by texture. If they can be made another way, I'd love to know so that I could possibly get the animated version of this working.

@x-kisses-for-yooh-x: The conversions are not yet approved. Apparently the toddler version needs a bit of help. Once I fix that, I will link.

Hmm, I wasn't aware that this HAD a flashing blue issue. In fact I usually make sure that issue is not an issue with my accessory meshes... But I could be wrong.
