This place is adorable. I just started using it in my game, and I do have one criticism -- there is no way to fit a double bed in the bedroom. That makes it really hard to use for the vast majority of games. I finally used Moveobjects to place one partly through a wall because I really like the place.

If you took the floor plan and put it on perhaps a 20x25 lot and widened it up a bit, you could fix that problem and keep most of the same feel.
