This looks really nice!! I really like the shelving / bookcases in the dining room and decorating/furnishing throughout but I am not sure if the staircase in the kitchen is ideal. You certainly have made a small cottage feel really big and nice inside.

TDS: in older houses in the UK it's quite common to have the stairs in the kitchen, my first house was like that

Yes, stairs in the kitchen is quite common here, though not ideal. However, it really works here and goes with the style of house completely.
