The Sims 4 runs on entirely different engine and I haven't gotten a hang of modding for it yet (making tuning mods for The Sims 3 was really easy in comparison). If I ever do, and I'm not making any promises, I will upload it on MTS for sure.

It does not work for me, I saved it on Monday a few minutes before the invoice arrives, and I get the same price, 2230 money, it does not increase, I have the game in steam and version 1.67. Some help?

Oh and I have the Nraas.

You know what would be even better? If the percentage was growing with the family's fortune. Basically progressive tax. I wonder if that's doable!
